Denise & James: Engagement at the Big Four Ice Caves

Denise & James were up for an adventure to the big four ice caves for their engagement shoot and we had lots of fun! I’ve known James since my freshman year of high school and played in the jazz band together. When I heard the announcement of Denise & James’ engagement, I was extremely honored and excited to be hired as their wedding photographer. I’m so very happy for these two wonderful people!

Stephanie: Vance Creek Bridge

If you haven't been to Vance Creek Bridge before, I highly recommend checking it out once. If you're afraid of heights, it might be one of your worst nightmares, but the views are insanely gorgeous. My friends and I traveled to this popular Northwest Bridge to see it for ourselves and it was well worth the trip. I've seen this bridge posted all over instagram and a couple of my friends recommended that I check it out. I researched the place beforehand and schedule a shoot with my friend, Stephanie. I got really excited about shooting here and came up with the crazy idea of bringing a ladder and shooting downward onto Stephanie. I'd like to think it's the first time someone has done something like this at this bridge and I'm happy with how that shot turned out.

I'm really happy with how my photography has progressed and I'm looking forward to working with more models to update my portrait work. Stay tuned for some behind the scenes photos with my friends and a collaborative video of the entire process. Here are some photos from my shoot with Stephanie. I couldn't have asked for a better model!
